Yeah. Pick whatever vehicle except Aegis. [Yeah, he thinks he likes Aegis for his Miraidon's name.] She's tired.

Yeah, let's let her rest. We can take my car.

Hell yeah. Meet you outside, I gotta clean up a bit.

[Running with the dogs and all.]

[He smiles, stealing a quick kiss before grabbing his keys and heading outside.]

[It takes Ash a few minutes but soon enough he's out and joining Pat in the car.]

What's the address? I'll pull up GPS.

[He'll read that off so Ash can put it into the GPS. It's a spot in the general vicinity of Blue Fish Park.]

Ooh, nice location.

[Off they go! He reaches over and rests a hand on Pat's knee. He is maybe a little clingy after Asgard, still.]

[And while Pat can't keep his own hand there, he does drop his hand down every time they've stopped to gently squeeze Ash's hand a little.

After a while, they get to the house and Pat's jaw drops upon seeing it. Even just the front yard and driveway are massive, holy shit--]

[They are TEENAGERS how the fuck is this happening?]

... No need to worry about having room for the dogs, I guess.

[Holy shit. He parks the car in the driveway, then gets out, moving to get Ash's door for him immediately.]

No kidding. Wait, how do we get the keys?

... You know what, I'm gonna just--

[Excuse him, he's going to check his bag--for all he knows, the shopkeeper dropped the keys into it.

... And sure enough:]

Could've just handed me the keys when I got handed the deed, but nooooooo...

[He gestures for Pat to lead on.]

[Leading on! There's a small path that leads up to the front door. He gets the door open to immediately be met with--

--more space than he expected, honestly. There's immediately a staircase upstairs, but that can wait for now. Pat, for his part, is more interested in exploring the ground floor first.]

[Ash heads up to start exploring.]

Holy shit...

[The living room is spacious, the kitchen is, frankly, huge, and once Pat's gotten a feel for the downstairs, he'll go track down Ash.]

[Ash is just standing at the landing, stunned.]

[Yeah, Pat can't blame him!

... Though it doesn't take him long to make a beeline to the master bedroom.]

[There is an en suite bathroom. There is a big walk-in closet. There is a really nice bathtub?]

Christ. I think this bathroom's bigger than my old room at Dad's.

It's absolutely bigger than mine. And that closet is the size of a bathroom.

[There's a smaller room off the bathroom for the shower and toilet. Good god.

He reaches for Ash's hand and starts moving to explore the rest of the upstairs. A laundry room, another bathroom, three other rooms...]

Could probably use the bigger room for a study or something... the other two can be guest rooms...

What's on the first floor? Other that I'm guessing a massive fuckin' kitchen.
